Your tour request
The tour form asks for your name and email address. You may also provide your phone number, business name, preferred tour time, office requirements and a message. These details are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss office leasing.
A request does not reserve an office or confirm a tour. The leasing team confirms appointments separately.
The local preview
When the form displays a local-preview notice, submitting it saves your request only on the computer running the preview. It does not send an email or notify the leasing team. Online submission is available only when a connected form service is enabled; otherwise, please use the phone or email links.
Website operation
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions, security checks and routine server information. When online requests are enabled, inquiry details are stored in a private database and emailed to the leasing team at Simron Properties. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against automated abuse. The form does not save your contact details in browser storage. We do not provide visitor accounts.
Optional analytics
When configured, Google Analytics loads only if you select Accept analytics. It measures page views, completed inquiries and phone-link clicks. We do not send the name, email, phone number, business name or message you enter in the form to Analytics. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser and can be changed using Analytics settings. Advertising storage and personalization remain off.
Contacting us
If you call or email, the leasing team receives the information you choose to share. Please do not include sensitive financial, legal or health information in a tour request.
Other websites
Directions and reviews open Google Maps. Your email provider and external websites have their own privacy practices.
